NudgekinTerms of use

These terms cover your use of the Nudgekin: Focus Pal app ("Nudgekin"). On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. On Android, Google Play's terms apply to your purchases.
A wellness app, not medical care
Nudgekin helps with focus and everyday wellbeing. It is not therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment, and your pal is not a substitute for a professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a helpline.
Nudgekin Plus
Nudgekin Plus is an optional subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Treats
Treats are a virtual item used inside the app. You earn them by focusing, and you can optionally buy treat packs. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and are stored on your phone, so they aren't restored if you delete the app or change phones.
Your data
Your data stays on your phone, as described in the privacy policy. You're responsible for keeping your phone backed up if you want to keep it.
Fair use
Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app. We may update or change the app and these terms; if the terms change, the date above will change too.
